Softball - Adult

Adult Softball serves over 400 adults in the Crested Butte area, offering something for everyone with three different leagues. Stay active, stay healthy, stay involved! Registration is NOT done individually but by teams. Join an existing team, or start a new team! Avg team size is 15-20 people, at least 5 of which must be women for coed teams.

ALL FEES, TEAM REGISTRATION FORM, AND CAPTAIN'S CODE OF CONDUCTmust be turned into the Parks & Recreation Office in Town Hall no later than the Mandatory Captain’s Meeting Tuesday May 28 at 6:00 pm at Town Hall or will be subject to a $20.00 late fee. Paperwork is available to download, look under "Forms" below, or contact our office.

The final day to enter a team by submitting Captain's Paperwork and Fees to the office is Thursday May 30 for coed teams, and Thursday June 6 for Men's teams. No exceptions.

Important Facts
  • No roster additions after 5:00 pm on July 5th!
  • Only female players can play in both Rec and Comp Leagues.
  • Players under 18 must be 16 or older at the beginning of the season and one of the following: 1) Play on the same team as their parents/guardians and with them present or 2) Play on a team where everyone is under the age of 18 at the start of the season or 3) Play on a team where everyone 18 years of age or older at the start of the season has undergone and passed a background check by the Town of Crested Butte at the team's expense of $30 per background check.
